I love to mix hard work with fun, adventure, excitement and diversity, while offering support and advice at all times and matching your training to your individual needs.
Focusing on injury free training and goal setting, we'll work through your physical and mental health and fitness together to achieve great things. And when you are feeling stressed or your muscles are too sore, come for a massage to ensure relaxation and recovery!
Please note that massage services are intended for Personal Training clients. If you are interested in a massage indepentendly of my training service, I will need to meet with you for an initial consultation first and then arrange a time with you that suits us both (I have to fit the massage around all my other sessions etc). Thank you!

Sarah has been working as a PT since December 2013 and a sports massage therapist since June 2014. She is also an experienced running coach, having completed numberous half and full marathons. Other qualifications included Punchfit boxing certification and group exercise instructor.
Sarah's other interests include music, surfing, skiing, horseriding, camping, cooking and hiking. Originally from a farm in Tasmania, Sarah has a love for the great outdoors and spends as much of her spare time as possible exploring new places. She has travelled extensively, including the USA, South and Central America, Europe, South East Asia, Japan and around Australia.
Living in North Beach allows Sarah to enjoy the incredible outdoor lifestyle of coastal WA including the many kilometers of cycleways and surf breaks along the Indian Ocean.
