Prices

Private session (45mins) - $55

Semi-Private session (45mins) - $30 per person

Group Training session (4 or more participants) (50mins) - $15 per person
Running
I also offer one-on-one coaching for runners, from beginners to advanced. Coaching includes targeted training sessions, structured running program and scheduled running sessions including interval and hill training.
Group running sessions are also available, usually Thursday night and Saturday morning sessions.

Sports Massage Therapy
PLEASE NOTE: Massage services are intended for personal training and running clients.
If you are interested in a sports massage indepentendly of training, I will need to meet with you for an initial consultation and make sure we are both happy with a treatment plan. Then we can arrange a time with you that suits us both. Thank you for your understanding.
Massage is a crucial part of any athletes training regime to help with muscle recovery, flexibility, injury prevention and focus, ultimately resulting in increased performance.
I offer basic sports massage techniques including relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point therapy as well as pre- and post- sport treatments.
